Bluesman, Folkie, Storyteller and Activist Charlie Morris recently moved to the Tally area from St Pete. Since being blown into town (by a vulgar young lady named Helene), he's played at local venues including the Getaway, Oyster City, the Salty Dawg and Off the Rails. With all due respect to those wonderful spots, the Blue Tavern is his favorite music club, and this will be his third appearance here (not counting several guest spots sitting in with other artists).

Like the Blue Tavern, Charlie is eclectic in his musical tastes. You may not hear much in the way of "pure" blues, bluegrass or anything else, but you will hear some original songs straight from the heart of a veteran entertainer.
